No. Both cost ₹19,000 for Academic or General Training.

Yes. IDP charges the same fee at every centre in India.

₹12,650, for one of Listening, Reading, Writing or Speaking, also for IELTS for UKVI.
How many universities can I send my result to for free?
Five. Each one after that is ₹350.
